Our flagship Stout is jam-packed with dark chocolate flavor and aroma. Subtle roast and light citrus hop notes balance this dry finishing, unfiltered American Stout.
Available on Nitro and CO2.

This tasty beverage pays respect to the big West Coast style IPAS that put SD on the map. ‘C’ Hops - Columbus, Centennial, Cascade, and Chinook were used in the boil, along with 22 lbs to dry hop. Nice Golden color with big pine, resin, and citrus hop aroma and flavor. A touch of Munich malt was used for color and malt complexity. This is a nice dry IPA with a fairly assertive hop bitterness and should speak to the hop heads out there.

Our award-winning American style pale ale. Strong presence of grapefruit, with a citrusy and floral aroma. Strong hop kick! Dry-hopped with Citra hops.

Chocolate, Caramel, Roasted Malt

A blonde ale infused with mango. A clean malt bill offers up flavors of honey and grain in this easy drinker. The soft aroma and flavor of mango makes this beer stand out as it has a touch of sweetness up front before finishing dry and refreshing.

A blonde ale infused with orange. This crowd pleaser offers notes of honey before taking a backseat to the rich orange character that makes this beer what it is. Sweet to begin with, but dry finishing and crisp.

A blonde ale, infused with lemon. This blondie begins with an upfront, grain-derived bready sweetness before finshing with a residual lemonade-like tartness. Perfect for warm San Diego days!

Grain notes that are light and crisp. Made with Mexican lager yeast and cascade hops.

Grapefruit and pineapple floral aromas with a mild hoppy finish and a classic malt body that with delight your palate.

Lots of big tropical fruit and citrus characteristics, pineapple and lemon, tangerine, and bubble gum (Juicy Fruit to be exact), as well as a bit of a grassy and floral quality (rose blossoms). Once you take a sip you get lots of hop flavor up front, but despite the huge hop punch you get in the nose, it finishes with a bit of grainy sweetness and not an overly assertive hop bitterness, making this a relatively easy drinking IPA. This IPA has exceptional body and mouthfeel to it for a beer that is only 4.7%

Banana and clove notes on this unfiltered traditional style hefe.

Malty sweet and doughy aroma and flavor, with a light bready crisp.

A classic Czech style pilsner presents a bready sweetness and easy drinkability.

A strong Pale Ale with a light body and a pale golden color.
Hops: Summit, Cascade, Amarillo, El Dorado. Dry hopped with Amarillo and El Dorado.
Fruity and floral with notes of stone fruit, grapefruit, citrus and slightly piney.
